Welcome Krzysztof Dębski, new CEO of Thermod
At Thermod, we are pleased to introduce Krzysztof Dębski as the new CEO of the Thermod Group. The appointment gives Krzysztof operational responsibility for the Group’s companies: Thermod AB, Thermod AB NUF (Norway), Thermod Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and Thermod Polska Sp. z o.o. (Poland).
Krzysztof brings a solid industrial background with a strong focus on plastics and composite manufacturing, process optimisation and quality systems across a number of Scandinavian operations. He also has extensive experience of working closely with customers throughout Europe. Long-standing collaborations with customers across Europe have provided him with deep insights into different business cultures and a strong ability to build long-term relationships.
“I am really looking forward to meeting our customers. Personal contact is both valuable and extremely interesting to me,” says Krzysztof. “I am very curious about their products, projects, designs, needs and expectations, in order to follow the market and understand Thermod’s role within it.”
As CEO, Krzysztof will focus on technological refinement, efficiency improvements through digitalisation, and continued sustainable growth, including expansion into new geographical markets.
Krzysztof is based in Poznań, Poland, but in order to ensure close contact with employees and customers, he will divide his time between our sites in Sweden, Norway and Poland. He has already had the opportunity to meet many colleagues within the company and describes the team as highly committed, passionate and loyal.
“This applies to our production, engineering, administration and sales teams across the entire Group. I look forward to further strengthening the ‘One Company’ culture across all locations,” concludes Krzysztof Dębski.
